How to plan a launch
Workshop | 25th May | 9am-11am BST
So you’re ready to launch your product, you’ve got your branding, website and packaging covered. Your products are in production, and you’ve set a launch date.
But does the thought of how you’re actually going to have a successful launch cause your palms to sweat because you don’t feel prepared, or you’re not sure how you’re actually going to market your new launch?
What if we told you that we could offer you the tools and confidence you need to launch your new product or service - with a no-nonsense action-plan that actually works?
We want to help you!
After launching Partner In Wine only 9 months ago, Lucy became a TikTok sensation overnight which resulted in a complete sell-out and led to Partner in Wine being stocked at Selfridges. Using her years of experience helping other brands to launch Partner in Wine, the brand has also collaborated with well-known brands such Mirabeau, Nails Inc, Doughnut Time and Glossybox, to name a few. Lucy’s success with Partner In Wine was illustrated in her latest launch which drove sales to above 5 figures in as little as 5 hours.
Elizabeth is a fashion brand consultant & runs a 6 figure service led company helping creatives become financially independent. After a year of starting her consulting business she became fully booked so started selling courses in April 2020 at the beginning of lockdown! Within 3 months she made her first £10k month & then made £20k 1 month later! She’s also worked with Lucy & Yak, Olivia Rose The Label, Limpet Store & Olive & Frank on their launches with huge success!
After finding success in our own launches, the main question that we both get asked time and time again is how did we do it?
WHEN & WHERE IS THE WORKSHOP?
Tuesday 25th May 9am-11am BST (UK time)
The two hour workshop will be hosted on Zoom, which will be emailed out to you the evening before the workshop.
WHAT DOES IT COVER?
The workshop will cover a variety of topics from timing, content, platforms, messaging, frequency of posting, preparation, launching with confidence and everything in-between. We’ll be cutting through the nonsense, and answering all of the questions you have about launching your product or service online including:
When should I start posting about my launch on social media?
How do I build brand recognition and anticipation prior to my launch?
Where and how should I be telling people about my launch to get maximum reach?
I know video is important, but where do I start with finding the ideas, creating, editing and posting?
Marketing isn’t my strong point, what should I be posting and where?
When should I launch for maximum impact and how is my marketing affected by this?
I’ve already launched my product and it didn’t go quite how I expected. Where have I gone wrong?
The thought of launching terrifies me. Where do you find the confidence to go for it!?
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The cost of the workshop is £95 (Inc. VAT)
WHO IS THE COURSE FOR?
How to plan a launch online is for both service and product businesses and would be suitable for you whether you’re launching a totally new business, or if you’re launching a new product/service within your current collection or offering. Elizabeth will be using her experience to talk about launching a service and Lucy will be on hand to chat about launching a product.
Do I need to prepare anything in advance of the workshop?
No! Just bring yourself, a pen and paper and we will take care of the rest! The workshop will be 1 ½ hours with 30 minutes at the end for specific questions.
Will the workshop be recorded?
Yes! The workshop will be recorded and sent out to you once the workshop has finished. If you’re in a different time zone/can’t make the workshop let us know if you have any specific questions for the Q&A, and we will try to answer as many as possible. We want you to get the most out of it that you possibly can!
