Here’s some questions we frequently get asked about our branding and design services.

How long does it take?
The branding process takes a minimum of two weeks from start date depending on the brief and complexity of designs.
How does the process work?
Once you instruct us, we’ll ask you to sign our T&Cs and we’ll invoice you for a 25% deposit that is payable on receipt. We’ll then give you a start date.
Within the branding process we’ll provide you with up to three initial concepts. You will choose your favourite design from these three along with any other feedback that you’d like for us to tweak the design. We’ll then provide a second draft, and you’ll provide any further feedback before we provide the third and final draft. By this point we are usually very close to finishing and we’ll make only very small tweaks.
Once the branding design is finished, we’ll send you your logo in the following file types; Ai, EPS, JPEG, PDF, PNG
You’ll also receive your brand guidelines along with the final file types. This will tell you all about logo placement, your fonts and colours, and how they should be used!
How many rounds of revisions do I get?
You get three rounds of revisions which is usually enough to get to a point where you’re really happy with your branding! Any further rounds of amends will be charged at £100 per round.
How involved will I be in the process?
We always like you to get really involved in the process. It’s your brand and we want you to love it and be proud of it! We’ll ask you to collaborate with us to produce a Pinterest board with lots of examples of styles, colours and fonts you like - and we’ll add plenty too. This makes sure we are all on the same page, and allows us to design something from the outset that we know you’ll like.
